Frank Hamilton

I was born in Fife, Scotland. I enjoyed drawing from an early age, and continued enjoying it in art class throughout my time at school. I left school at the age of 15yrs. but never continued with my drawing. I moved to South Wales where I met and married my wife, where we both live now.
It wasn't until 1993 that I started to paint although I was still doing the odd drawing.
I am self taught as I have never attended any art classes, only picking up the odd tips and tricks from other artist in artist magazines. It is a learning curve that is never ending as there is always something new to learn through practice and many mistakes, but plenty of practice wins in the end.
